• Steel Solid rigid centralizers should be used in areas that require good primary cementing, including deviated and horizontal wells, liner overlaps, and shoe joints.
• The Steel Straight Vane Solid Rigid centralizers are made of high tensile, solid, cast steel, for shock, impact, and corrosion resistance.
• A 30-degree bevel at each end provides excellent flow into restrictions and reduces drag when running into a hole.
• Wide vanes distribute load from the casing string into the wellbore without causing gouging.
• In order to avoid damage to the wellhead when running through, it is made of softer material than wellhead equipment.
• These solid rigid centralizers are suitable for cased holes or open holes. They provide excellent results in horizontal and extended reach applications.
• As part of the manufacturing process, the solid centralizer is coated with iron phosphate to prevent corrosion.
• Sizes range from 4 1/2 ” to 20″. In addition to the regular sizes, any special sizes and combinations can be made available upon request.
