• Aluminum spiral solid centralizers are developed to provide better cementing in high deviation and horizontal wells.
• This type is designed to provide maximum flow and its fins or blades cover the entire 360-degree circumference of the open hole. Thus, the reduced flow area between the spirals creates a vortex motion that increases fluid velocity with direction.
• The relived angle blades and fins induce turbulent flow to improve cutting and removal of filter cake even without rotation.
• The angle of the spiral fin produced maximum fluid swirl, this results in maximum removal of debris around the casing in any type of hole.
• Additionally, it can withstand high wellbore temperatures while providing maximum horizontal standoff.
• Sizes range from 4 1/2 ” to 20″. In addition to the regular sizes, any special sizes and combinations can be made available upon request.
