Performance Features

• Spiral Vane Steel Solid Rigid Centralizers with spiral steel vane are developed to improve the cementing performance in horizontal and high deviation wells.
• With a 360-degree overlapping solid vane, maximum wall contact and fluid swirl is achieved. A reduced flow area between the spiral blades causes a vortex-like movement of the fluids for higher fluid velocity.
• The 30-degree slope of the vane end reduces drag and provides optimum flow area. As a result, the formation is not scraped, gouged, or dug into, and balling between the vanes is thereby reduced.
• In addition to its high tensile and yield strength, spiral vane steel solid centralizers resist corrosion and are highly impact and shock resistant.
• As part of the manufacturing process, the solid centralizer is coated with iron phosphate to prevent corrosion.
• These centralizers are available with or without set screws for eliminating the need for stop collars.
• Sizes range from 4 1/2 ” to 20″. In addition to the regular sizes, any special sizes and combinations can be made available upon request.
