• Single Piece Bow Spring Centralizer is used to centralize the casing in the center of the wellbore in horizontal and vertical deviated wells.
• Single piece centralizers are formed from a single sheet of special steel resulting in no weld between bows and end collars, increasing the robustness and ability to withstand higher lateral and side loads during casing running.
• As part of the manufacturing process, the centralizer is coated with iron phosphate to prevent corrosion.
• Single Piece Bow Spring Centralizers are preassembled, making them convenient to install. They can be slipped on the casing pipe from one end at the time of installation.
